大阪の十三に最近？オープンしたと聞いて行ってきました。
店はカウンターとテーブル席、そして個室も有りました。そして私は今回カウンターで。
ちょっと遅い時間に訪問したんですが、予約してて正解でした。平日なのに店内は満席！！
行く時は予約オススメです。
寿司、天ぷら推しのげん家さん。
天ぷらは塩か天出汁で。
私は基本塩派ですが、天出汁って初めてだったんですが最高に美味しかったです。
最後は全部飲み干しました（笑）
天ぷらも衣が薄く素材の味もしっかり。全部の天ぷらは塩でも天出汁でも美味しいです。
にぎりは赤酢をブレンドしてるらしく、やはり拘りを感じました。見た感じでも普通の赤酢のお寿司よりちょっと色が薄いです。
味は酸っぱ過ぎずベストな感じ。
言葉で表現するのが難しいですがベストです（笑）
にぎりも天ぷらもどちらもオススメです。
お酒が進みました。
最後のお会計、、、これだけの味でこのお会計。って私は思いました。得した気分です。
また必ず行きます。
