2020 Autumn Story (´_ゝ`) I received a call from Juso's drinking buddy saying, ``There's a new Sushi opening near the bypass!'', so I went there right away. ``Welcome!'' Two energetic older brothers and one older sister welcomed us. I went there at opening time, so there were no customers yet, so I was able to sit at a spacious table (*´▽`*) Kanpai [b:●Nakama 490yen] SD was very popular! The price is also affordable. Ate [b:■Five types of sashimi 890yen ■Autumn swordfish sashimi (forgot the price) ■Ajinamero miso 820yen ■Sword tip squid 920yen ■Domestic eel shirayaki Sushi 800yen] SAKE [b:●Urakasumi [Miyagi] 1 go 1,100yen ●Shino Mine [Nara] 1,100 yen per serving ●Seisen [Gifu] 1,100 yen per serving] etc... Attack on seafood! Sake is the only choice for this ate! According to the menu, they carry nearly 40 types of sake, from the north, Tohoku, and south to KyushuΣ(゚Д゚) It's irresistible for Ponzake lovers. The five-piece sashimi platter includes raw tuna (lean and fatty), sea bream, amberjack, mackerel, and scallops. Added saury fish and sword tip squid as individual items. The miso isn't too spicy, and the umami of the horse mackerel is followed by a strong aftertaste of miso.This is the best ponshu tote, bliss. I was completely satisfied with the taste, atmosphere, and customer service. There are a lot of menus, so I don't know how long it will take to conquer it all by myself (sweat), but when things are better, I'd like to try a lot of things, including Tempura.
