２月１１日にオープンした「骨付鶏・鶏麺専門店 中野屋 十三店」に訪問してきました♪
こちらのお店は池田市の石橋にある「濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン 中野屋」の支店で最寄り駅は阪急 十三駅になります。
メニューは...鶏出汁ラーメン(醤油、塩)・710円 濃厚鶏白湯ラーメン・825円 鶏白湯つけ麺・935円 並175g 大350g・+110円 極上・+385円 煮卵・+110円 メンマ・+110円 キムチ・+165円 きんかん卵・+165円 鶏チャーシュー・+275円 替玉・+110円。
名古屋コーチン鶏、もみじ、背ガラの動物系、野菜からとった出汁の醤油スープで適度で醤油の香ばしさが広がるカエシにしっかりとした鶏出汁の旨味が効かされた口当たりの良いあっさりとしながらもコクのある味わいに仕上がっています♪
麺は埼玉の「サッポロ製麺」のストレート細麺を使用。
喉越しは良好で程良くコシがあります。
具材のチャーシューは鶏モモ肉と鶏ムネ肉が入っていてしっとり感があり、きんかんはプチっした食感で丁度良い味付けです。
卓上にある天然煮干粉、胡椒、粉一味、胡麻、出汁醤油で味に変化をつける事もできます。
