阪急十三駅西口を出て商店街を西に徒歩３０秒。大きな交差点を渡り左に３０秒（アーケードのある商店街を直進してはいけません）。吉野家の角（入口にゲートのある通り）を右にまがってまっすぐ１分進む右手にあるがんこ寿司の隣。東横インホテルの手前隣。駅の西口から約３００mです。
店に入ると、正面の厨房を囲む形でLカウンターがあり、左奥はテーブル席になっています。カウンターに10人、テーブルには８人が座れます。二度おじゃましましたが、毎回、スタッフは、全員が女性でした。
まずは注文してから調理に２０分はかかるという看板メニューの名古屋コーチンの骨付き肉を注文。
待っている間に、名古屋コーチン出汁の鶏白湯ラーメンを食べました。ドロっとした黄色い鶏油に名古屋コーチン鶏の鶏ガラと野菜からとった出汁の香ばしい醤油スープは、コクがありながら口当たりの良いあっさりとした味わい。トッピングは青葱と玉葱に、鶏ムネのチャーシューが3枚、そして珍しいのが黄金色に輝く名物「きんかん卵」。これは煮卵に変更してもらえますが「たまひも」みたいな食感は、ぜひ味わってみるべき味でした。
いよいよ骨付鶏が登場。
親だけに弾力強く、なかなか噛みきれずハサミが欲しくなるところは、香川県丸亀名物の一鶴さんと似ていますが、一鶴さんのスパイシーな味付けと違い、ここ中野屋さんのは、程よい味付けで、噛めば噛むほと味が出てきてボリュームたっぷりでした。若鶏の方も鶏の臭みがなく、火のとおし加減が絶妙で、パサつきも無く、皮はパリパリ、肉はジューシーでプリプリ。これは美味しい。
