A few minutes walk from Juso Station. I stopped by here today. The restaurant has counter seats and table seats, and the main menu, as the name suggests, is Yakiniku (Grilled meat). So, I had a red plate full of lean meat, jiggly hormones, and a bottle of beer. At that time, you will also need to order an appetizer, and you will have two choices: grilled garlic in foil or shredded lettuce. I don't really know what lettuce is, so I'll just grill it in foil. Now let's eat! The red plate has three types of red meat that look pretty good. It goes really well with the garlicky sauce that the staff made before serving it. The offal is also very filling and goes well with the garlic sauce. The garlic grilled in foil was nice and fluffy. So thank you for the meal! There is a salt sauce with plenty of garlic on the table, which is good for garlic lovers. According to the store clerk, it's made in Aomori, so I think it's a good thing that it differentiates itself from other stores. However, the menu on the outside signboard does not say that the menu excludes or includes tax, and in fact, excluding tax is not a good idea. Despite opening in 2023, the in-store menu table does not display the total amount at all, so I think this area needs to be improved soon. (As of November 2023)
