行って見たかったお店に初訪問
平日開店直後に伺いました
並びもなくスムーズに着席
キレイな店内はカウンターメインで奥にテーブル有り
座席でオーダーを伝えます
今回は特製ラーメン1100円を頂きました
注文を通すと自分の座ってるカウンターの前に温められた
丼が置かれ、その場でスープ、カエシ、麺、具材と
丁寧かつ手際良く仕上げて貰えます
麺は中細ストレート、スープはトロトロ濃厚クリーミー
嫌な臭みや雑味は感じません、旨いです。
特製には三河もち豚の叉焼が入ってます
モチモチ肉感を感じる叉焼ですが
私的にはもう少しシッカリ味付けされてる方が好みです
普通のラーメンに使われてる塩煮豚も食べてみたいです
