以前に台湾で火鍋を食べましたがあまり美味しくない印象があり
それ以来火鍋を食べることありません。
今回は値段も手頃で変わった鍋を食べるのにこちらを選びました。
店は小さく見えましたが奥に長く７組...
よくえる二色の火鍋ではなく
三色でキノコ出汁が絶品！
お肉も安物の臭みがある肉でなく
美味しいお肉なので
火鍋の印象変わりました！
結構辛かったけれど
本格的な火鍋でした！
ちなみに、杏仁豆腐が
これまでの人生で食べた杏仁豆腐のなかで一番おいしかったです。
美味いです。辛いです。
やや高いです。
接客もいいのだが、なぜかウーバー配達員にだけ高圧的なのが気になる。
火鍋はここの火鍋しか食べません。
そのくらい美味しいです。
東京の姉妹店にもたまに伺います^ ^
お鍋の食材で、色んな種類のキノコを堪能できます。
辛さと旨味が延々と楽しめる。
時期的なものもあったかもしれないがキノコ盛り合わせが絶品だった。
