たまに火鍋が無性に食べたくなります。
火鍋は中華料理屋さん(四川系なのかな)のメニューにあることもありますが、こちらは火鍋専門店。
日曜の夜、重慶コースで予約しました。
席に着くとドリンクワンオーダー制と言われました。
最近そういうお店に当たることが多いなぁ。
(私は基本的に運転手でお酒は飲まないので、食事の時はお水で充分なのです^^;
お店の雰囲気でソフトドリンクを頼むことももちろんありますが。お店からしたら嫌な客なんだろうな、、、)
お通しはトマトとイカ。どちらもゴマ油が香るスパイシーな味付け。トマトは花椒がかなり効いていて癖になる味でした。
お鍋のスープ、具材がテーブルに並べられ、スープの説明と具材はどちらのスープに合うかを説明してくれます。
白湯スープは牛乳が入っているので少しマイルドですが、しっかり目の味。
麻辣スープは噂通りかなり辛い。麻も辣も効いています。
麻辣スープだけで飲むのはキツいくらいでオススメされた通り、白湯スープと1対9で割ってちょうど良い感じでした。
お野菜、キノコ、海鮮、凍り豆腐、お肉と具材をどんどん入れていきます。
茶色いエノキと凍り豆腐が美味しい。
お肉はやっぱりラム肉が合いますよね。本当はラム肉だけでいいくらい。
フカヒレとロブスターと牛タンは他のお店にはない具材なんじゃないかな。
ロブスターテールはプリプリで美味しかったですが、フカヒレと牛タンはスープの味が濃いので少しもったいない気がしてしまいました。
〆の麺に辿り着く頃にはお腹いっぱいで、2人で半分にしてもらいましたが、辛くて美味しかったです。
白湯スープも麻辣スープも美味しかったですが、薬膳っぽい、漢方の味がもっと効いている方が好みです。
ただ、それが苦手な方も多いと思うので。
こちらのスープは万人受けする感じで、高級食材も使われているので、特別感も感じられるお店 だと思いました。
写真はありませんが、デザートの杏仁豆腐はお口をさっぱりクールダウンさせてくれてとても美味しかったです(^^)
