以前に台湾で火鍋を食べましたがあまり美味しくない印象があり
それ以来火鍋を食べることありません。
今回は値段も手頃で変わった鍋を食べるのにこちらを選びました。
店は小さく見えましたが奥に長く７組程は入れる店です。
お店は２人でされているようです。
お店に入るなり香辛料のいい匂いがしています。
鍋は、激辛、キノコスープ、白湯スープの３種類です。
激辛スープは見ているだけで辛いです。
白湯スープはマイルドです。キノコスープは少し味が濃い目でした。
スープは少し交ぜで食べた方が美味しいと思いました。
締めのラーメンも麺が美味しかった。
ただ口の中が次の日も少ししびれています。
また忘れたころに行きたいです。
