都島本通りではピカイチ美味しいくて初めてビリヤニを食べたンド料理店ナンタラが９月末で閉店してました
新しい看板に変わってたので気づいたけどかなりショックです
早速、何屋さんになったのかと突撃

店内もナンタラをそのまま使われていて明るくて綺麗
BGMは、軽快なインド音楽で良い感じです

一人なので入口付近のカウンターに座りました
フロアはインド人女性と男性がサポートして全員現地の方のようです

トマトのような爽やかな酸味のルートです

揚げた白身魚が柔らかくてウマウマ(^_^)
スタンダードにしたから甘いけど辛くても美味しそうです

キーマカレー

ナンをルーに付けてミンチはスプーンで食べてもマイルド

ルーも余裕でナン二枚食べれる量です
ナンタラのスタッフが残って作ってるかのように美味しいカレーやん
スタッフの対応も良いし流行りそうな予感
次回は、中辛にチャレンジします
