幻のテッチャンをいただく！

何度か使わせてもらっています。
時間の都合や立地が良くて、
月に2度ほど通っています。
いろいろな種類のホルモンがメインで
毎回いろいろ食べてきましたが、
今日ははじめて幻のテッチャン（シマチョウ）を
食べてみました！
小腸とあわせて頼んで焼いていたら、
炎がいつもより多く上がってサバイバル。
脂の多い部位はたくさん七輪に乗せない方がよいと
学びました・・・。
バーベキュー感覚で楽しい！と割り切って食べてみると
小腸もテッチャンもジューシーでおいしい！
一気に焼き上げて食べ切りました。
口寂しかったので、カッパカルビを追加。
こちらはあっさり味の赤肉。
普通にタレで食べてしまったのですが
今日のおすすめはねぎ塩のカッパカルビだったので
そちらの方がおいしかったかも？

19時までに来店していたので、
生ビールは1杯190円。
