週末は、ゆっくりできるランチで本でも読みながら
まったり過ごすことが増えたコロナ禍。
近所のカフェから、少しエリアを広げてリサーチして
見つけたのがここ。
１階のエレベーターの前にあったカフェのメニューを見て、
ランチとしては魅力が弱いなと思っていたところ、
すぐ横の焼肉屋のメニューを見て、一気に心が引きつけられ、
結局、階上の焼肉屋へ行くことにしました。
ランチ時ということもあり、
近所の人らしき方々がたくさん待っていました。
30分ほど待って、案内された席は窓側の半個室。
眼下にはガモヨンの交差点があり、眺めは最高です！！
曇ってはいましたが、遠くの山々まで見えます。
さて、肝心の料理ですが、
ランチの看板「カルビランチ」にし、ご飯は、「和牛そぼろ丼」に替えました。
肉は、味が付いていますが、
その辺の焼肉屋のように、こってりししすぎた味ではなく、
濃すぎず、薄すぎずちょうどよい味。
タレの塩梅が絶妙だと、”肉を食べている感じ”がちゃんと味わえます。
肉はアメリカ産のハラ身ですが、赤身のおいしさが堪能できます。
これまで食べた焼肉ランチの中でも、トップクラスでした。
そして、和牛そぼろ丼。
言うまでも無く、期待通りのおいしさ。
相方もすぐにリピりたがっていました。
