［城東区蒲生4丁目］国道1号線 城東警察署前の信号を南へ下った左側にある【そば冷泉】さん
平日の18時過ぎ 気になっていたお蕎麦屋さんの暖簾をくぐる先客は2人 店員さんの『お好きな席へどうぞ』と言われ広いテーブル席に着く
◆鴨汁つけ蕎麦（1500円）
◆巻き寿司半分（450円）
7分で巻き寿司12分でお蕎麦が運ばれてきた
『いただきます』甘い玉子が主役の巻き寿司
オヤジ好み◎
鴨汁の出汁はネギとのバランスもよく濃いお出汁
蕎麦は普通かな お出汁は蕎麦湯でわって丁度よい感じ
日本酒をいただいた後に〆で飲みたい鴨汁◎
今回は車なので仕方ない
