挽きたて、打ち立て、湯がきたての蕎麦が食べれます。
ざる蕎麦1斤1000円。蒲生四にしては中々の価格ですが、食べたら納得しました。
コシ、なめらかさ、喉越し、風味、よしの蕎麦。
古民家を改装した落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくり味わえます。
私は、そばにわさびを塗って食べるので、個人的な要望ですが、わさびはすり立てでもう少し量がほしいところ。店格を加味して、おしぼりは、おしぼり置きに布のおしぼりがほしいかな。
でもまた行きたいお店。
