本日は第一日曜日なんで八軒屋の大紀水産の朝市！
鱧を狙って嫁さんと訪問するも既に売り切れ・・
お昼は蒲生四丁目の隠れ家的お蕎麦屋へ。
近くのコインパーキングに車を停めてお店に着いたのは１１時４０分頃。
店内はそれ程広く無いですが、
四人掛けテーブルが3個に､大きめののテーブル一つに
壁に向かったカウンター席が3個。
先客五組で結構流行っている感じ。
大き目テーブルに相席で案内されました。
私は「辛子大根蕎麦」
嫁さんは「刻みあげ九条葱蕎麦」を注文。
蕎麦を待っている時に気になったのが､
お店の女の子・・段取りが悪過ぎる。
前の客の食器をお客さんから苦情を言われるまで下げない（気が付いて無い）
どの客が何を注文したのか？が頭に入って無い。
お冷､お箸を出すのが遅い。
まっ本人一生懸命やっている雰囲気なんでこれ以上はやめときます。
さぁ蕎麦が出てきました・・
ザルに盛られた蕎麦・・雑な盛り付け・・
一気に期待が下がりました。
細めの蕎麦はまずまず。
ランチタイムは巻き寿司が2切れ付いてまして
この巻き寿司もまあまあ。
嫁さんの「刻みあげ九条葱蕎麦」・・
出汁はまずまずだけど､蕎麦が伸びてプツプツ切れて・・残念。
トドメは蕎麦湯を女の子が間違って別の客の所に出したのを見て､何も言わずお勘定
もうここには来ないでしょう
