先日、関東のお客さんが、大阪のお好み焼きを食べたいというので、
友人にコテコテのお好み焼き屋さんで美味しいところ無い？
って聞いたら寺田町のお好み焼き千代さんが美味しいって言うから行って来ました。
お店に入った印象は昭和な大阪。。。。。。
いい味出てますね。
お料理もいったって普通の大阪の昔からあるお好み焼きや鉄板焼き、焼きそばで、
帰って関東の人たちには受けていましたし、私もこの素朴な感じが好きです。
いつまでも時代に流されずこのスタンスで続けていただきたいと思います。
