大通りから路地に入ると昔ながらの一軒の店が。
器に盛られた鶏の様々な部位を自分で七輪で焼いて食べる、焼肉スタイルの焼き鳥屋。
日によっては希少部位もあるとか。
店内は昭和にタイムスリップしたかのような雑多な雰囲気。
まずは生ビールと生肝で始める。
クリーミーで美味い！ビールが止まらん！
続いて焼物。
つくねにネック、皮。
これは普通かな。
さらに背肝、軟骨、手羽先、モモ。
背肝は結構美味しい。
レア気味に炙ってワインとの相性最高！
後は普通かな。
部位によって好みが分かれるが地元の人からは人気のようで平日なのに結構賑わっていた。
また機会があれば来てみたい。
