I visited this Tanimachi store before and was extremely satisfied, so this time I went to the main store, ``Kuroge Wagyu Beef/Raw Hormone Maun Shin-Fukae Main Store.'' So, this Shin-Fukae main store has high reviews across the board on Tabelog and Google, so I had high expectations for my visit. The restaurant is a two-story building, and all the seats are basically semi-private or private rooms. There is no counter. It is very clean and leaves a good impression. Perhaps due to the location and the large number of families, smoking is prohibited inside the restaurant. It's been a while since I've eaten turmeric, but it has a firm texture and I definitely recommend the wasabi and salt! It's really delicious. You can feel the flavor of the fat. It's pretty amazing how you can really taste the flavor of the fat in the skirt steak... I purposely ordered the average class skirt steak instead of the top. No, I was surprised at the quality, which exceeded the price (ﾟДﾟ) This is of a higher quality than what you'd find at other stores... It's soft, and when you bite into it, the high-quality delicious fat overflows in your mouth. It's really delicious with wasabi and salt. Kobukuro sashimi is super fresh, has no odor at all, and pairs perfectly with vinegared miso. Changja also has a firm texture and an elegant taste. Also, this shop's dishes are very stylish and the presentation is beautiful♪ You can feel the owner's sense of taste (^^♪ Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the quality, atmosphere, presentation, etc. I'll come again.
