讃岐うどん専門店「丸亀製麺」から、だし巻き玉子で牛しぐれ煮を巻いた新メニュー「だし玉肉うどん」が3月18日に発売される。5月下旬までの期間限定。価格は並590円（税込）から。
ふわふわ玉子の中には、牛しぐれ煮がたっぷり！
「だし玉肉うどん」は、ひとつずつ手焼きされる大きなだし巻き玉子をモチモチのうどんにのせた、食べごたえ満点のメニュー。だし巻き玉子の中には、うどんに使う“かえし醤油”で炊いた甘辛い牛しぐれ煮がたっぷり詰まっている。
半熟でふわふわの玉子のやさしい味わいに加え、肉の旨みがたっぷり染み込んだ牛しぐれ煮の味わいが楽しめるとか。また、添えられた大根おろしに“だし醤油”を少し垂らすと味がしまり、さらに生姜を加えることでさっぱりと食べられるそうだ。
