卵丼(ミニ)とカツカレーを食べました。
カツが懐かしい味で本当に美味しい。幼い頃を思い出すようなカツ。
美味しいです。ジュワッと甘み溢れる感覚。
卵丼、カツカレー共に奥にある出汁が良い仕事しています。
縁の下の力持ち。
その力持ちが店名の由来かなと勝手に推測して楽しみました。
