東京の名店「麺屋一燈」出身。 |
醤油だと他のラーメン屋さんと比較できると思い有名な塩ではなく、醤油ラーメンにしました。
塩も醤油も同じ出汁を使ってるので、好みで注文されるらしく、意外と塩も醤油も同じ位注文があるらしいです。
チャーシュー芳醇鶏そば（醤油）¥1600
麺はどこのラーメン屋さんよりも好きかもしれません。
出汁は特に可もなく不可もなく。感動するほどではなかったです。
鶏チャーシュー部位別に並んでましたが、これも特に可もなく不可もなく。
次は塩ラーメンにしようと思ってます！
