東京の名店「麺屋一燈」出身。 |
お昼訪問しました。
一組並びでしたがすぐ入れました。
もともときたかったのですが
場所はちょっと郊外です。
あと値段が高い、、、
◼️地鶏ワンタン 400
皮が分厚めでちょっと小麦っぽい、
パサッとし感じはありますがパンパンのお肉
が入っていて食べ応えありです。
◼️厳選豚のユッケ風豚メシ 500
こちらがかなり美味しい。
レア感のあるお肉とユッケ感がたまりません。
◼️特製芳醇鶏そば塩 1550
スープがすごく濃厚で美味しいのですが
麺が多いのか？スープが少ないのか？
で、すぐにスープがヒタヒタと言うかなくなります。
麺はかなり柔らかめです。
チャーシューは柔らかくジューシーです。
味玉はとろっとして美味しいです。
美味しいんですが値段が高すぎるので
見合ってるかと言うと難しいなと思いました
