東京の名店「麺屋一燈」出身。 |
平日12時過ぎに到着
1席だけ空いていたので並ばず入れました。
食券を購入して着席。
麺は細麺で、
具材が味玉・小松菜・鶏チャーシュー
豚チャーシューでした。
スープは鶏の出汁と香味油がとても
上品で、普段はスープ全ては飲まない
のに飲み干してしまいました。
鶏チャーシューも豚チャーシューも
パサついておらずしっとりしていて、
鶏はプリっとしていて美味しかった。
小松菜はシャキッとしていていいアクセント
味玉も美味しい。
シンプルなラーメンなのに全てが
上品なラーメンでした。
また来たいです！
