東京の名店「麺屋一燈」出身。 |
◆味玉 芳醇鶏そば（塩）（1,250円）
見た目からして透き通りクリアなスープ。
奈良県産の大和肉鶏という地鶏を使用。
丸鶏を大量に使用しているスープは、
アッサリすっきりとしつつも“旨味”十分。
最後まで飲み干せる逸品。
麺はツルツルシコシコにて喉越し良く、
スープと良く合い箸が止まらず、すするすする。
チャーシューは2種類、鶏と豚。
鶏は丹波若鶏のムネ肉、
豚は宮城産のJAPAN「X」というブランド豚。
各々、味が濃く肉の“旨味”を楽しめる。
金曜11時開店時で並び３名。
