鶏白湯ラーメン塩 880円税込
ミニチャーシュー丼150円税込
初訪問だったので、一番メインぽい
鶏白湯ラーメンの塩を注文しました。
このお店は白湯と、青湯（ちんたん）
があるらしくて、白湯がコッテリで青湯が
アッサリで、後味にどちらも甘味があるとの
説明をしてました。
塩ラーメンの塩や、醤油ラーメンの醤油は
石川県のこだわりの物を使っているようです。
鶏白湯の塩ラーメンは、とろみがあるスープで
濃厚な味がして美味しかったです。
また、チャーシューが印象的です。
しっかりと熟成された味がしていまして非常にインパクトがあります。
そしてなんといっても美味しかったのが
150円のミニチャーシュー丼です。（ミニチャーシュー丼という名前ではなかったかも知れません）
かなり熟成された美味しいチャーシューを
おそらくガスバーナーで表面を炙っていて
それがマヨネーズとマッチして非常に美味しいです。
タレもしっかりご飯までかかっていました。
個人的に非常に美味しいチャーシュー丼でした。
店員さんの感じもいいお店でした。
