On a weekday night, I visited Keimatsu, a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) just a short walk from Midoribashi Subway Station. Visited after 7pm, it's a counter-centered shop. There were some seats available and I was able to get a seat, but it quickly filled up, so I think it would be best to make a reservation in advance. The menu had the words ``Raw Loin Yukhoe'' written on it in big letters, so since I love yukhoe, I ordered that first. 1,580 yen "Top tongue" 1,380 yen "Top skirt steak" 1,280 yen "Wagyu top loin" 1,680 yen "Wagyu top short rib" 1,480 yen "Wagyu misoji" 1,480 yen "Rice" "Korean seaweed" "Chinese cabbage kimchi" "Raw loin yukhoe" It has a lot of marbling, and as soon as you put it in your mouth, it melts away leaving just the sweetness, and the remaining red part, egg, and sauce combine to make it extremely delicious. As expected, there are things that are only recommended. All of the meat was of very good quality and delicious, and I could feel the care taken in each and every job. The dipping sauce is ponzu sauce. His commitment to tableware was also evident, and he used a lot of Arita ware vessels. It cost about 10,000 yen for two including drinks, so I think this restaurant is quite reasonable considering the taste, quality, and price. The staff at the store also responded well. To be honest, the seats at the counter are high and small round chairs are used, so it doesn't feel like you're relaxing and eating meat, so I thought it was a place to quickly eat delicious Yakiniku (Grilled meat). The "Raw Loin Yukhoe" was delicious, so I would like to visit you again. Thank you for the meal.
