東淀川区にある 麺や 輝さんの本店へ
お店に着くと満席で外待ち
いつもながら人気のほどが伺えますね〜
少し待ってから入店し
店内入ってすぐの券売機にて
「味玉ラーメン」と「高菜ライス」をポチッとしました
カウンターの左端の厨房が良く見える場所に着席し
若いスタッフがテキパキと動いてるのを微笑ましく眺めてると着丼です
歯切れ良く喉越しスルリと心地良い麺
濃厚な旨味とコクのある魚介の風味が絶妙に効いたスープがたまりませんね〜✨✨✨✨
オーダー毎に作られる高菜ライス
高菜の風味とごま油の香りがええんですよね〜
口の中もサッパリとさせてくれます✨✨✨
お呼びたてして、森さんにわざわざお越し頂いて
一年遅れになっちゃいましたが
麺や輝さん20周年おめでとうございます㊗️
