阪急上新庄駅から歩いて行ける中華料理店。
地元の人に人気があるようで、いつも混んでいる。
ラーメン屋に行く途中で店は確認していたが、初訪問。
お客さんの入れ替えタイミングで、待たなくて済んだ。
この後、外待ちができていた。
接客は店員さん2人。調理はおそらく大将らしい人が1人。
応対はキビキビしていて気持ちいい。
麻婆豆腐ランチ1000円を少し辛めにしてもらった。
2辛でプラス50円。
提供は少し時間を要した。15〜20分くらい。
調理は1人だから仕方ないね。
麻婆豆腐は辛めで美味しい。
まず唐辛子、ラー油系の辛さ。
山椒と豆豉も入ってるようだけど少し控えめ。
豆腐の食感が少し硬め。水をしっかり切っているのかな。
同行者が食べたエビマヨも少し分けてもらった。
美味しい。
酸味がまろやかで揚げ目はパリッとしてる。
…麻婆豆腐より美味しいかも…
ランチは980円が基本。
入れ替わり立ち替わりお客さんが来ていたがそれも納得でした。
