何でもないただの水曜日。夏休みなのに仕事をしたい人に付き合わされて、ストレス気味。
暑さに負けて、食欲はありませんが、冷えたビールをあおりたい。そんな一心で、乱暴運転するチャリを避けつつ上新庄を歩きました。
店名同様、街路樹に隠れて大人の店構えです。注文したのは、
生中 アサヒスーパードライ¥480
チャンジャ¥280
白菜キムチ¥280
おまかせ五本盛り ¥800
です。
最初に生中をグイッと飲み干しました。生き返るとはこういうことでしょう。チャンジャとキムチをアテにして瓶ビールをチビチビ頂きます。
順次串焼きが届きます。ハラミ 豚バラ 豚トロ 赤セン ミノサンド です。肉質はやわらかくて、香ばしく焼かれています。
ラミネートされたメニューの言うことに従って、追加したのは、
霜降り和牛ロース¥380
イベリコ豚¥230
黒毛和牛カルビ¥250
です。3串とも脂を楽しみました。
このまま串を食べ続けても、食べ飽きるだろうと、モツ鍋 ¥980に移りました。いいダシが出ています。ホルモンがプルンプルンで蕩けます。
具材が寂しいので追加したのは、
豆腐¥200
つくね¥250
です。
これが正解でした。とりわけ、この豆腐はかなりハイレベルです。ただし、流石に鍋は熱く、夏には不向きです。
スタミナ補給をするためだったのか、タップリ汗をかくためだったのか、微妙です。
