阪急京都線、上新庄駅南口から5分程度の裏道にある洋食屋。
カウンター6席、2人掛けテーブル席1、4人掛けテーブル席2の小さなお店。
カウンターに座り、黒毛和牛100％ハンバーグランチ（1,280円込）、
エビス生ビール（480円込）を。
ドリンクも付くそうで、グレープフルーツジュースに。
生をチビチビ飲んでいると、サラダとコンソメスープが配されます。
サラダは、サニーレタスと豆。コンソメは、ブイヨンと野菜の風味で美味しい。
ご主人が、私の他に2人連れを含む別々のメニューを3人分手際よく進めています。
ハンバーグは、鉄板の上に乗せられオーブンで仕上げられた熱々の一品。
粗挽きの牛肉がしっかりとした食感でありながら、ホロっと崩れるように、
美味く仕上げられています。多くはありませんが、ジワッと肉汁が出ます。
本格的な、ややビターなデミグラスソースが合います。 ヾ(⌒▽⌒）ゞ
