上新庄駅から徒歩数分。
今日はこちらでランチ
店内はカウンター席と
テーブル席になっており、
店名通り夜はワインのお店っぽい。
で、黒毛和牛100%ハンバーグランチをオーダー。
では実食！
まずはサラダとスープが到着。
どちらもおいしくて良いですね。
遅れることしばし、
メインのハンバーグ。
熱々鉄板での提供で
なかなかの大きさ。
粗びき肉でしっかりとした
肉の食感と旨味が際立ちます。
やわやわではなく食べ応えが
ありながらもジューシー。
私的にはかなり好きな味です。
これはライスよりも
重めの赤ワインを合わせたいですね。
って訳でごちそうさま！
ハンバーグはちょいお高めで
焼いたあと更にオーブン調理が
入るので提供はちょっと遅めかも。
でも味は良いので満足度は高いですね。
また違うメニューも試してみたいと思います。
