今日はディナーしか来たこと無かったしもじま亭のランチに。
リーズナブルで美味しいと評判の黒毛和牛100%ハンバーグランチを注文。
サラダとスープが最初に到着。
サラダは鴨のローストとお魚のカルパッチョも入って凝った感じ。
スープも具沢山。
ハンバーグの待ち時間もそんなに掛からず提供。
熱々の鉄板で焼かれたハンバーグは肉肉しい感じ。
ソースは玉ねぎと煮込んで割とさらっとした感じでありながらコクがある。
ハンバーグに香ばしく絡み、ごはんが進みます。
さすが、ディナーメニューも美味しいお店ですが、ランチも手が混んでいます。
