今日も仕事はお休みなんでお昼は
「食べログラーメンOSAKA百名店」巡り。
本日は「阪急上新庄」近く､新幹線高架沿いの住宅街にあります。
近くのコインパーキングに車を停めて､
開店の１１時半に合わせてお店に到着。
一番客､店の入り口にテーブルが一つ､その奥に
厨房沿いにカウンターが数席。
若いお兄さんと女性のお二人で切盛り。
私の後にもお客さんが続きます。
私は「つけKURO」と「割ご飯」を注文。
後のお客さんが注文した「カレーラーメン」もそそられます。
１０分程で出て来ました。
トッピングのチャーシュー､茹で卵､カイワレは別皿に盛られてます。
まず中太ストレート麺を一すすり。
モチっとして弾力があり､噛みごたえもあります。小麦を感じる美味しい麺！
トッピングをツケダレの椀に移し､
麺をつけて､一口。！！！
初めての味！焦がし醤油が香りベースの旨味がしっかり､優しい甘さと微かな酸味もある！
これまで食べて来た「つけ麺」とは違う
独創的だけどキッチリ纏まった美味しい味！
美味しいツケダレが絡んだチャーシューも口の中で崩れる柔らかさ！もう少し欲しい！
締めは「割ご飯」
レンゲでタレを少しご飯にかけていただきます。
最初濃すぎたら「割スープ」で割ろうかと思ってましたが、その後必要無し！濃厚だけどアッサリのタレとご飯も合う！
大変満足満足ご馳走さまでした。
