阪急上新庄駅前から南に5分「KUCHE(ｸｰｼｪ)」。
GW開店5分後到着、カウンター満席でテーブル。
ここのイチオシはつけ麺で、世界3位。
そんな大会がしかも世界であるとは知らんかった。
つけ麺がやや苦手だけど、頼むしかない。

4～5分待っている間に紙エプロンをもらう。
不織布じゃなくて本当の紙でした。
提供されたつけ麺、具がつけだれの器に載ってる。
面白ビジュアルですね。
肉厚のチャーシューは柔らかい！
ドロリとしたつけだれに、ツルリとした中太麺。
思ったより濃すぎない、塩辛すぎずに美味しい♪
玉葱の甘味かな、麺には絡むのに、どっぷり浸けても大丈夫。(食べ方には7割つけるとあったので最初はそうしてました)
チャーシューもホロホロ、玉子も良いね(^-^)
麺は並でもしっかり量ありました。
(中盛り、大盛りは別料金)
スープ割り(無料)やご飯割り(100円)を最後に頼んでいる人は、この日はいませんでした。
ちょっとだけご飯に薄めたつけだれ入れたかったけど、別料金ならまあいっか、と思ってしまう。
そんなにお腹減ってないのもあるかな。
