たまにいくけど初レビュアーです。やっぱり【鬼徹】さんは間違いなく安定の塩ラーメンでしょう❢けど今日はまぜそばにしました。と言うのも数分前まで呑みに行っててお腹タプタプの為…汁は欲していなかったので敢えて「まぜそば」をチョイス❢5分程で到着〜！丼中央の生玉子（黄身）とよ〜く絡ませて混ぜ混ぜしてから食べる事〜❢う〜ん。もっちり麺に適度な辛さを玉子でマイルドにしてくれており絶妙な味加減です〜！量的にも多過ぎず少な過ぎず…私的には夜中なら丁度良い量に感じました。上新庄というローカルな場所でAM5時まで営業していながらでもちゃんとしたラーメンを提供している店なので、これからも寄ることがあれば行きたいと思います。ごちそうさまでしたm(_ _)m
