鶏白湯塩 950円
まさにポタージュのようなスープ、なんでだろう罪悪感を感じずに飲めるのは。つるつる麺と合わさりどこまでも食べれそう。薄めに切られた2種類のチャーシューも良いアクセント。
チャーシュー丼 300円
ラーメンに載っているチャーシューと違ってこちらは角切りで集め。少し甘めのタレが塩気が強いラーメンと良いバランス。
阪急京都線上新庄駅から歩いて5分ほど。開店5分ほど前に着きましたがすでに15人ほどの行列が。30分ほど待って店内へ、食券を事前購入していたので10分ほどでラーメンも出てきました。お仕事が丁寧なので回転は少しゆっくり目、時間に余裕を持っての訪問がおすすめです。
