食べログ投稿は初ですが3回目くらいかな？大阪屈指の行列店。最近2回ほど並びの凄さに店前で諦めていたので今日は早めに来ました。他地域のラーメン好きからも評価高いお店。
開店前の並び客への声掛け、代表待ちへの対応など流石！と感心。
注文したのは
「鶏白湯しょうゆ」
泡泡〜で口当たりまろやかだけど泡下の分厚い旨味は超ガチ！麺や肉もハイレベル。これだけ濃厚スープなのに後口の良さも素晴らしい。
チャーシュー丼はタレも絶妙で肉の旨さがたまりませんでした！
