加西市の“桐麺”さんの主である某ラオタさんにおススメいただいて翌日即訪麺(≧∀≦)
「特製鶏白湯しょうゆ」
「特製鶏白湯しお」をシェア注文♬
ブレンダーで泡立てられた純白の鶏白湯スープの上に豚肩ロースと鶏胸肉のレアチャーシューが綺麗に盛り付けられていて見ただけで美味しさが伝わってきます‼︎
丁寧に時間をかけてとられた鶏白湯は優しくしっかりとした旨みたっぷりで、“しょうゆ”は更にコクが加わり、そして“しお”は一段とまろやかにスープを引き立てています‼︎
中細麺と絡み合って最高を味わえます‼︎
