淡路駅から歩いて6分のところにある「NAKAGAWA わず」さんにランチで初訪問
予めお店のinstagramで情報収集してオープン15分前にお店に到着
外待ちおらず
AM11:00にオープンして店主がお出迎えされ店内ヘ
カウンター7席で厨房が開放的で見える
ヘビメタ系の洋楽がガンガン鳴っている
注文は初めから決めていた「濃厚煮干 こいこいつけ麺:2,000円」を注文
待っている間、カウンターは満席に
約13分で着丼
ドーンとのった厚切りチャーシュー2枚、綺麗な太麺そして濃厚で煮干の良い香りがするつけ汁
まずは麺をリフトしてつけ汁につけて一口ズズッと！
濃厚なつけ汁が鼻に抜けメチャクチャ美味い
どんどん手が麺に向かいズルズル
ん～～美味しい!!
分厚いチャーシューも脂身があっさりしていて美味
ペロッと麺とチャーシューを食べてしまい、残ったつけ汁はスープ割りにしていただきました
また、次回は別の種類のラーメンを食べに行こう
