平日の11時30分着。ちょうどオープンで5人目。カウンターのみで10名で満席です。特製つけ麺チョイス。太麺で茹で時間かかります。麺がすごい。ツルツルもちもち他にはない食感です。
濃厚なつけだれが麺に絡みます。チャーシューは、直前で炙ってあって抜群です。しめご飯に行きたかったんですが、250gを選択した事で断念。スープ割りで締めました。次回は、200gでしめご飯にします。大満足です。
