常連も足しげく通う昔ながらの焼鳥居酒屋
炭火焼きとり 昭和屋さんにお邪魔してきました‼️
今回は上新庄まで足を延ばし飲み歩き
駅前がたくさんのお店で賑わってますね
そんなホットスポットにあるのが昭和屋さん
すでに満席に近い状態だったので急いで入店
カウンター席から美味しそうに焼ける焼鳥が見える
今日はガッツリ焼鳥食べて飲むぞっ
焼鳥の前にまずはポテトサラダと鶏刺し5種盛り️
手作りポテトサラダはハムがゴロゴロ入ってて美味い✨
ゆで卵とたっぷりタルタルソースも盛って豪華じゃん
新鮮な鶏肉だからこそ食べられる鶏刺し
5種盛りならモモたたきにハツやむね肉もいただける⭐️
生姜醬油で食べるとホンマに美味すぎた
ここからは怒涛の焼鳥串連続注文して計7種くらい
希少部位が色々とあって気になりすぎる❣️
首筋付近のお肉の「おたふく」ってやつ頼んでみた
よく動く部位だから食感も旨味もすごいな‼️
定番のねぎま・もも・ぼんじりは塩でさっぱりと
ビールがずっと止まらなくておかわりし過ぎた
最後の〆には親子丼を注文
これがすごいボリュームあってびっくり
2人で分けても余裕なくらいご飯も具もたっぷり
鶏肉でお腹いっぱいに満たされて幸せでした～
駅近やし1人飲みから宴会シーンまで使えてめちゃ便利
