2024/4/9、大阪の上新庄駅から近くにある『炭火焼きとり 昭和屋』さんです。
今、お世話になってる会社と方と訪店させていただきました。
最初に申し上げちゃいます。
入店してびっくり、まじめに昭和を演出しながら、本気のお酒と本気の焼鳥とお料理を出してくださいます。
何が本気？？？
カウンター席に座ったら
★ネタケースにはたくさんの新鮮な鶏肉
★煙モクモクで最高にGOOD
★ちょちょとお酒や焼鳥の知識を聞いたら親切に教えてくださる
先ずはお酒
★ビールはジョッキの内側か綺麗なので泡がクリーミーのドライ生
★プリン体ゼロのホッピーもある
★キンミヤを梅酒で割ることもできる
★コタマサワーまであるからびっくり
お料理では
★名物のポテトサラダがおもろくて美味しい
★名物のお造り五種盛りが新鮮で美味しすぎる
★これまた名物の『レアささみ天ぷら』はサクサクの食感でうんめー
★焼鳥『手ごねつくね』は高級卵の蘭王につけていただくのでGOOD
★焼鳥『親鳥串』はタレも美味すぎ、さらに鶏肉の食感もGOOD
★焼鳥『皮』は塩でいただき、さらに山椒をかけたら最高に美味い
★串物『ベーコンチーズ』は香ばしくてGOOD
★串物『みょうか巻き』は確かにみょうがを巻いててクセになる味
★玉ひもがありました！炭火で焼いてるのでアツアツで香ばしくて最高にGOOD
★名物『鶏と葱の土鍋ごはん』はホントに土鍋で炊いてるんです！美味しすぎます！
ボリュームあるので半分はお土産に！
