ひっくり返すまでの見た目は完璧(´∀`*) 具がゴツゴツしてて、つなぎが少なく生地がフワッとしてるから返すと崩れやすいのは分かるが、、やろうと思えばキレイに返せると思う

お店オススメの「豚 油カス 焼きそば」を注文。見たことないくらいゴロッとした大きい油カスたっぷりの中太生麺のもっちり焼きそば。豚肉は厚切りでジューシー、うま味たっぷり(^O^)❒’’
できたてはツルッといただきながら、鉄板ならではの焼きを入れて徐々に香ばしさをプラスしながらおいしくしただけます。焼きそばGOOD
豚 イカ エビの「ミックスお好み焼き」もいただきました。具材の美味しさはしっかり感じられてキャベツも甘かったです。油の香ばしさがこのお店のお好み焼きの決め手だと思うのですが、ちょっと油こすぎたかな〜
とはいえ、家の近くにあればうれしく通うでしょう。
