うまい(語彙力不足)
カレー、バスマティライス、野菜のアチャール、豆のサンバル、スリランカ流儀で色々混ぜていただくやつ。サイコロ状の野菜は甘みもあったからカットフルーツかもしれん。
チキンカレーは店内の辛さインフォメーション的には控えめな方だが、それでもしっかりガッツリとした辛みが身体を駆け巡る。カレーを宇宙に例える向きは昔からよくあって、薬でもキメた頭のおかしい人が書いた文章なのかと思っていたわけですが、こういう味わいの広がりというか突き抜けるスパイス感を浴びたらそんな表現もわからなくはないなと。
満足感の高い良いカレーでした。
スリランカカレーは老舗のいい店が多いね。
