松島料理組合の情緒あふれる界隈の中に
『 百福 』さんがあります。
日曜日のランチ、12時台後半に伺いました。
店内は満席でしたが、5分ほど外待ちで店内へ。
◉ヤムそばとミニカオマンガイ（バナナリーフ包み）セット
＠1,450円
注文後、約20分ほど待ち、到着。
スタッフさんより、説明。
ヤムそばは、辛味ソースをスプーンで1杯～2杯
回しかけて、カニの爪の身もほぐして入れて、
よくよく混ぜてからお召し上がりください！
そして、
カオマンガイは、味噌ダレを付けてお召し上がりください。
今回、パクチーNGな細君は同行しなかったため、おひとりさまで伺いましたが、
（ちなみにもちろんパクチー抜きは対応していただけます）
本格的なアジアの味わいのランチをいただきました。
ひと昔前まで、
毎年出張で行っていた
「やすらぎの国 タイ、北東部のスリン」を思い出す味わいでした。
また別の料理をいただきに、伺いたいと思います。
