海老天定食をいただきました
以前より海老の本数が増えて4本になり、
他の天ぷらが減りました
個人的には以前のバランスが好きでしたね
あと、前から海老の品質がもう少し良かったらと思っています
なんかつるっとした感じで、保水処理されてるのかもです
