Based on the concept of "extraordinary life!", we installed a wood-fired oven imported directly from Italy in a ship's Restaurants for the first time in Japan. The entire store is located on the water, making it feel like a luxury cruise ship. There is also a bar inside the store, making it a restaurant where you can enjoy both the food and the atmosphere. *In the warmer months, we also have an open terrace. |

オーブンは薪釜で、客席からも見えるオープンキッチンにあります。
耳はしっかりしてて重ため。
味はさっぱりでおいしいけど、しらすがもう少し盛ってくればなぁ…何もかかってないピースもあって残念。
ただ、何カットにするかも注文時に決めれるのでそこは柔軟で良いとおもいました。

チョコバナナクレープパフェ…
バナナがカラメリゼされてて、カリカリ！
トッピングのミニクレープの中にもバナナ！
ホイップクリームとパフの割合が多く、口の中がもそもそしたのでチョコアイスを増やして欲しいです。
あと、注文してからかなり待つなーと思ってキッチンを見たら、パフだけ入れてしばらくテーブルに放置されていたり、新人さんに教える時に無駄にトッピングをいじりながら教えてたのが最後に残念に思いました。
