アジアエスニック百名店に選ばれているアジアンキッチンカフェ百福さんが第三週に特別営業している展開となります。今回は目当てのカオソーイのガイ（チキン）を注文です。こちらカレースープとココナッツミルクのハーモニーが絶品です。揚げ麺をスープに浸しながらもそのままで食べるのも良し。平打ち麺が別に入っており、これも好みです。途中でライムを絞り、サッパリした味変もして一気に完食しました。手羽元もよく煮込まれておりイイね。今度は牛すじかな
