Bottlebird, which used to be in front of JR Taisho Station, had changed its business and opened as ``Yakitori Kinari'', so my wife and I went to check it out. It used to be a Yakiniku (Grilled meat)-style yakitori restaurant where you grilled meat on the stove at your table, but now it's called ``Kinari'' and you can grill it in the kitchen. There are 7 counter seats and 5 table seats. Cheers with bottled beer and chuhai. There is no appetizer. There seem to be a lot of delicious-looking yakitori, so I'd like to try them out. To sum it up in one word, it was delicious. First of all, the yakitori is large and filling. I especially liked the chicken fillet, liver scallion salt, and takimi. The shiso leaves between the chicken fillets are effective. The liver with green onion salt has a semi-raw texture and is plump. It's cool. The ``dakimi'' (chicken fillet) wrapped in skin is also very filling. The special Tsukimi Tsukimi meatballs look great in photos, but my wife says the meatballs themselves have a texture similar to Hamburg. Chami Pork Belly is delicious and not too strong than I expected. The only thing I missed was the grilled sauce, which was delicious. It would have been a good point if there was sashimi on the menu. The recommended drink is bottled beer. A medium bottle costs 429 yen including tax, the same price as Chu-Hi. There is also Sapporo Lager Akaboshi. Unfortunately, there aren't many types of sake, and the one I had was Bakuren, a local sake from Yamagata. It's a dry sake. One thing that bothered me was that after the drinks first arrived, I didn't eat them for about 15 minutes and was absent-minded. If you don't have an appetizer, I wish they would recommend a dish that can be prepared immediately. Please think about it. I was also able to use Tabelog T points, which I was grateful for. Clear accounting where you can receive detailed receipts. It's safe even if you're drunk. The area around Taisho Station is becoming a hot spot for yakitori. I want them to show their unique characteristics and survive. This is Gochisousan.
