本格ベトナム料理が食べ放題♪ハイアットリージェンシー大阪 The Cafeザ・カフェ（大阪市住之江区南港北）中ふ頭
ハイアットリージェンシー大阪でディナーをしてきました。
待ち合わせ時間より早く着いたのでうろうろ。。
ハイアットの落ち着いた静けさが好きなんですよねー。
そしてキンキンに冷えたお水も最高♪
今回利用したのは1Fのザ・カフェです。
いつも朝食会場になっているカフェ。
毎年夏場にワールドビュッフェが開催されていて、
私が訪れた時はVietnameseBreeze-ベトナムからの風が開催中でした。
期間：2017年8月11日（金）～8月31日（木）
冬場はカニ食べホなんですね。チェックしなければ。。(^.^)
ザ・カフェの店内はこんな感じ。屋内庭園が見下ろせます。
オープンキッチンのビュッフェスタイルでベトナム料理が食べ放題♪
ベトナムのハイアットリージェンシー「GreenHouse」の
副総料理長「NGUYENTHANHTAM」シェフがゲストシェフとして
来日されていて、本場ベトナムの味を提供されているんだとか。
ビーフオニオンのチリソテー
スープのように汁たっぷりでいただきました。
牛肉はスプーンで切れる程柔らかく煮込まれています。
シーフードの酸辣湯（サンラータン）
全然酸っぱくなくて鍋の様でした。
生春巻き
ぷりぷりの海老と弾力のあるライスペーパーが最高です。
特製のソースも私好み。なんてソースなのかしら。買いたい！
空芯菜のガーリックソテー
大好きな空芯菜。結構シャッキシャキ。
ソースが病みつきになりそう。ニンニクは控えめ。
土鍋の茄子煮込み
イカのソテーチリフィッシュソース
土鍋のポーク煮込みカラメルソース
ミックスシーフードカレー
シーフードフライドライス
ゴーヤのサラダ、チキンサラダ、ビーフサラダにイカサラダ。
スターフルーツやグリーンバナナ、パイナップルなど
南国らしいサラダや野菜料理…。
ベトナム料理って野菜が多くて嬉しいです。
ノーマルのサラダもあります。
チーズ
フォーは目の前で作ってくれます。パクチーなど具沢山。
シェフは日本語が話せません。パクチー苦手だけど「オールで！」
さっぱりさわやかな透き通ったスープ♪
パクチーはほんのり香る程度。牛肉も柔らかいです。
汁もの全部食べてみたけど激ウマ！どれも味が違うので飽きません。
春巻きにもミントっぽい香草入っていますがイケる♪
揚げたての揚げ春巻きもいいけど私は特に生が気に入りました。
ソースも2種ともほんと美味しいです。
車なので飲みませんでしたが…。トルネードの生ビール、ワインもあります。
デザート
デザートは一通り全部食べましたが、
コクのあるみどり豆のケーキが特に美味しかったです。

ハイアットリージェンシー大阪 ザ・カフェで2023.1.29まで開催中の
『クラブ フェスタ』へ行ってきました。
ボイルズワイ蟹付ランチブッフェ（7,865円税サ込）
500gの蟹付きと、蟹なしビュッフェ があります。
もちろん蟹をつけました。(^^)
時間は12：00～15：00までと3時間ゆっくりできます。
一人500gのズワイガニ（写真は2人前）
#蟹 は身がたっぷり詰まっていて塩分は控えめで激うま！
ソースは3種ありましたが何も付けずに食べると最高です。(^^)
少ないかと思いましたが、十分な量、というか、多いくらいでした。
その他の料理も一つ一つがとても美味しくて
4ラウンドお替りしましたｗ
